Emily is based in East Van, B.C., and was born and raised on Canada's West Coast.She has worked
in Vancouver’s animation industry in management roles for a decade, transitioning to a
new career in 2025. Emily has a background in non-profit work and has worked for the
Vancouver International Women in Film Festival.
