Scholarships
The goal of the Pink Boots Canada is to further members’ careers through education. Scholarship programs run throughout the year offering members a variety of opportunities: self-guided study, online directed study, and in-person. From short, specialized courses to long, certificate-granting education to in-person experiential travel, there is a scholarship for everyone.
Canadian Scholarships
Exclusive to Pink Boots Canada members, our scholarships give you a higher chance of receiving incredible opportunities! Below are just a few examples of scholarships we've offered over the years—please note that availability may vary. For the latest information, contact our Education team at education@pinkbootscanada.ca
Bookpack Scholarships
Fall Into Books. (NOW CLOSED)
Our Book Pack Scholarships, carefully crafted print collections that include a selection of books and other items that we think are beneficial to our Canada Chapter members, have proven to be popular. This time around, we are doing things a little bit differently. We couldn't choose just one book pack, so the lucky scholarship winner gets to choose from one of two packs that we've put together for our members:
Back to the Basics Book Pack includes:
1. For the Love of Hops: The Practical Guide to Aroma, Bitterness and the Culture of Hops by Stan Hieronymus
2. Malt: A Practical Guide from Field to Brewhouse by John Mallett
3. Yeast: The Practical Guide to Beer Fermentation by Chris White and Jamil Zainasheff
4. Water: A Comprehensive Guide for Brewers by Colin Kaminski and John J. Palmer
OR
Boss Headspace Book Pack includes:
1. Wire Your Brain for Confidence by Louisa Jewell, MAPP
2. The Way of Integrity: Finding the Path to Your True Self by Martha Beck
3. The Pivot Year: 365 Days to Become the Person You Truly Want to Be by Brianna Wiest
4. Linchpin: Are You Indispensable? by Seth Godin
Applications are open from September 15th to October 14th.

There are Canadian-specific scholarships and International scholarships. Each offering body has its own separate application process, with applications reviewed by separate groups. One Canada Chapter scholarship is open for applications at a time. International scholarships offer multiple opportunities at the same time, but only three scholarships can be applied for on International applications.
Canada Chapter members can apply for both Canada and International scholarships in the same application period. If the member is chosen for both scholarships, only one can be chosen.
Application deadlines are varied. Specific deadlines are published in member newsletters and on associated Pink Boots websites.
